VISIÓN
Nuestro ministerio Oscar Chogriz Ministries Inc, se fundó en Estados Unidos en el año 2006, basado en la visión divina de que la palabra de Dios debe ser difundida en todo tiempo, en todo lugar y en toda la extensión de la tierra a todas las personas sin discriminación de raza, respetando su condición sociocultural; nuestro ministerio está basado en la Gran comisión a la cual Jesucristo nos llamó: "Por tanto, id, y haced discípulos a todas las naciones, bautizándolos en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo" (Mateo 28;19)..

Nuestro anhelo es que las personas sepan que existe Dios, que Él es Todo Poderoso, que nos Salva, Sana y liberta de la opresión de Satanás, supliendonos todo lo que necesitamos: "Mi Dios pues, suplirá todo lo que os falta conforme a sus riquezas en gloria en Cristo Jesús" (Filipenses 4;19).

Creemos que el amor de Jesucristo edifica: "Amaos los unos a los otros con amor fraternal; en cuanto a honra, prefiriéndos los unos a los otros" (Romanos 12:10).

Nuestra visión está claramente dirigida a la comunión estrecha con Dios Padre, Dios Hijo, y Dios Espíritu Santo (La Trinidad Santa). Amando a Dios por sobre todas las cosas y a nuestros hermanos, siendo este el segundo mandamiento, trabajamos para la edificación de un verdadero sentimiento de amor por la obra de Dios sobre la tierra, por la salvación eterna.

MISIÓN
Nuestra misión es Evangelizar, ganar almas para Jesucristo, consolidar y discipular para que Jesucristo sea formado en sus corazones, y enviar a esta nueva criatura, bajo la guía del Espíritu Santo a establecer el Reino de Dios en todas las naciones de la tierra. "A la verdad la mies es mucha, más los obreros pocos. Rogad, pues al Señor de la mies, que envíe obreros a su mies” (Mateo 9; 37-38). "Alzad vuestros ojos y mirad los campos, porque ya están blancos para la siega” (Juan 4;35).

Nuestra misión es difundir la Palabra de Dios y llevar ayuda social a los pueblos más necesitados que padecen por la falta de conocimiento de Dios, por lo tanto estamos desarrollando programas de ayuda social para tal fin y preparando obreros para desarrollar obras misioneras.

Nuestro Ministerio está trabajando actualmente en: Alemania, Colombia, Holanda y España.
Nuestra misión está dirigida a:
a) Evangelizar.
b) Ayuda Social (Ej: alimentos, medicinas, ropas, etc).
c) Alfabetización y Asistencia Social.

Trabajamos plenamente para la obra de Dios, con la fuerza arrolladora del Espíritu Santo, muy sencilla, pero llena de amor por los necesitados, por los desvalidos, por los que no han tenido la oportunidad de nacer en un país poderoso; amamos ésta obra y en absoluta obediencia la estamos ejecutando a toda marcha, con la vista puesta en el futuro, cruzando los puentes que Dios puso sobre los océanos para que lleguemos a las tierras más remotas y dejadas en el olvido, trabajamos como instrumentos para la Gloria de Dios, amén.

Oscar Chogriz Ministries INC es internacional, que actualmente está desarrollando diversas actividades en diferentes países del mundo, siendo su estructura ministerial:

VISION
Our Ministry Oscar Chogriz Ministry INC, was founded in 2006 in the United States of America. Based on the divine vision that the word of God should be shared at all times, in all places and to the outermost parts of the earth; to all people without race discrimination, with respect for the social and cultural condition. Our ministry is based on the Great Commission to which Jesus Christ called us: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit "(Matthew 28:19).

Our desire is for people to know that God exist; that He is almighty, He saves, heals, and sets us free from the oppression of Satan, supplying all of our needs. “And my God, shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).

We believe that the love of Jesus Christ edifies “Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another“(Romans 12:10).

Our vision is clearly directed by close communion with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (The Holy Trinity). Loving God and our brothers above all things, as this is the second commandment; we work to build a true feeling of love for the work of God on earth, for eternal salvation.

MISION
Our mission is to evangelize; to win souls for Jesus Christ, consolidate these souls, make disciples so Jesus Christ can be formed in their hearts. Then send this new man under the guidance of the Holy Spirit of God to establish the Kingdom of God in all the nations of the earth. “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field” (Matthew 9: 37-38). “I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest (John 4: 35).

Our ministry is to share the Word of God and bring social help to places in great need, who lacks because of a lack of the knowledge of God, so far we are developing social programs and preparing labourers for the mission field.

Our Ministry is currently operating in Colombia , Germany, Holland and Spain.
Our mission focuses on:
a) Evangelization
B) Social Assistance (e.g. food, medicines, clothes, etc.).
C) Education and social help.

We labour for God’s work, with the overwhelming strength of the Holy Spirit. Our work is very simple, but full of love for the needy, the poor, those who didn’t have the privilege to be born in a powerful nation. We love this work and we are doing it in full obedience we are moving foreword, with our sights set on the future, crossing the bridges that God makes over the oceans in order to reach the most remote and forgotten places. We work as instruments for Gods glory, amen.

Ministry

The ministry Oscar Chogriz Ministries INC. is an international ministry. It develops various activities in different countries of the world, the ministerial structure is as follows:

A continuación detallamos los países donde funciona nuestro ministerio:

El nacimiento de nuestras iglesias se produce a través de las células en los hogares. Partimos de la enseñanza que nuestro amado Señor Jesucristo nos dejo cuando envió la comisión de los setenta. Creemos que de familia en familia podemos ganar el mundo para Cristo.

Funcionamiento de las células
En las células capacitamos y preparamos a las personas que deseen conocer la palabra de Dios. La célula tiene un líder que guía las enseñanzas divinas bajo la dirección del Espíritu Santo. Basándonos en la absoluta obediencia y respeto de las enseñanzas que Dios nos dejo, tenemos un día de servicio y otro de escuela bíblica en los horarios que establezca el líder según su situación geográfica. Cada célula tiene su propio líder o persona encargada de llevar el servicio.

Esta persona tiene las siguientes responsabilidades:
-  Hacer cumplir la base doctrinal del ministerio: el líder conoce la base doctrinal y lo aplica en su vida y en la célula.
-  Hace cumplir las actividades del ministerio: cumple directamente con las actividades ó apunta a una persona que la haga por ella
-  Moderar al grupo: es el moderador y vigila por la paz, amor y armonía en la célula y en el ministerio
-  Capacitación de líderes: Nuestro ministerio también está enfocado en la preparación de líderes que se desarrollen en los distintos ministerios.

Las células nacerán en los hogares y se mantendrán en ellos mientras el grupo crece, pero una vez aumentado el número de hermanos pasarán a un salón para darle forma definitiva a la iglesia.

Iglesias
Jesús nos dejo su doctrina. Formamos células como base fundamental de una futura iglesia. En la “Iglesia Cristiana Jesucristo El Pan De Vida Eterna”, practicamos la doctrina que Jesús nos enseño, por lo tanto nuestras iglesias están fundadas respetando las bases doctrinales instauradas en las sagradas escrituras. Brindando la enseñanza del evangelio, para la preparación de futuros líderes que harán… discípulos a todas las naciones bautizándolos en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo”. (Mat.28:19)

El liderazgo
Al liderazgo lo basamos en 4 puntos fundamentales:
1.   Obediencia absoluta a Dios y su consagración: el líder debe entregarse enteramente a Dios y a la obra
2.   Cooperación: el líder no hace el trabajo solo, lo realiza junto con los demás
3.   Oposición al éxito personal: el líder no se enfoca en su propio éxito personal, sino que vigila por el éxito de los demás.
4.   Valentía y tenacidad: El líder camina confiando en Dios, siendo valiente y tenaz ante las adversidades.
5.   Respeto por la estructura ministerial:

Capacitación
En el área de capacitación hay dos divisiones; escuela bíblica y capacitación de líderes. Rev. Oscar Chogriz está a cargo de la escuela bíblica, diseño de programas de estudios bíblicos. Las células y las iglesias reciben apoyo en el área de capacitación, estas son visitadas por el equipo ministerial. Se dan seminarios de capacitación para el liderazgo.

Evangelización
Evangelizamos a través de campañas, entrega de tratados, visitas a hogares, hospitales, cárceles, publicamos prédicas por Internet en nuestra página Web, etc.

Our churches are born through house cell groups. We base our self on the teaching that our beloved Lord Jesus Christ gave us when he sent the commission of seventy. We believe that as a family in a family we can win the world for Christ.

How does the cell group function?
In cell groups we train and prepare the people who want to know God's word. The cell group has a leader who gives the divine teachings under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our cell groups are based on absolute obedience and respect for the teaching God gave us; there is a date for service and a date for Bible school. These dates are set by the leader based on their geographical location. Each cell group has its own leader or person in charge of the services.

This person has the following responsibilities:
- To enforce the doctrinal basis of the ministry: the leader knows the doctrinal basis and applies them in his life and in the cell group
- To enforce the activities of the ministry: the leader caries out the activities personally or appoints someone to do so
- Group Moderator: the leader is the moderator and monitor’s peace, love, harmony in the cell group and in the Ministry
- Leadership Training: Our ministry is focused on preparing leaders that will work in the different ministries.

The cell group starts in a home and remains in that home until the group grows. Once the group increases in numbers the cell group will move into a hall.

Church
Jesus left us his doctrine. We form cell groups, as the main foundation of the future church. In the Christian church, Jesus Christ, is the bread of eternal life ", we put in practice the doctrine that Jesus gave us, that’s why our ministry is based on and respects the divine word of God. Sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and preparing future leaders that will...... make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Mat 28:19).

Leadership
Leadership is based on 4 fundamental points:
1. Absolute obedience and commitment to God: the leader must surrender himself totally to God and God’s work.
2. Cooperation: the leader does not work alone, he functions in a group.
3. Opposition to personal success: the leader is not focused on his own personal success, but monitors the success of others
4. Courage and tenacity: The leader walks trusting God, being tenacious and courageous in adversity.
5. Respect for the ministerial structure:

Training
In the training area we have two divisions; Bible School and leadership training. Pastor, Oscar Chogriz is in charge of the Bible school; he designs the programs for the bible school . The ministerial team visits the cell groups and churches to give training and support. The cell groups and churches will be monitored and the leaders will receive teaching and training in the seminars.

Evangelization
Evangelization through campaigns; handbills, house, hospital, and jail visiting, and public places evangelisation. We share the word of God over the Internet through our webpage.
